A Word about Doctor Robert A. Moog

I first heard about Bob Moog shortly after birth. My parents made it a point to read to me each night about their two favorite subjects; Bob Moog and the Caterpillar D11N Bulldozer.

As early as entering daycare, I had a hard time tollerating storytime because I had never been exposed to Barney, the purple communist dinosaur. Then and now Bob Moog and the D11N are far more interesting.

I have been along time fan of Dr. Moog and all of his incredible inventions. I beleive that all problems facing mankind today could be solved with any Moog Synthesizer, duct tape, and a loud amplification system. If our country is seeking a new national holiday. I beleive it should be august 21st, and should becalled Bob Moog Day. Everything in the country should closed on this day except banks and CNN.
Banks get too many days off as it is, and CNN should be punished, as they did not run the story of Bob Moog's departure as a lead story with round the clock coverage.

The finest things in life can and should be approximated using a Moog; for example, fine food, beuatiful women, dreams, faith, rules, and mathematics. Every home in America should have a Moog. LONG LIVE BOB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keith Moon

Keith Moon, the world’s greatest drummer, comedian and face-maker.  He was never a standard, keep the beat kind of drummer; he was always playing like a maniac. Which was true even up to his last concert with The Who in 1978. Keith was so awesome that he played the drums going every witch way including Tuesday. Keith died due to an overdose of heminevrin, a drug that in a hospital environment could combat alcoholism.  It was not until 1971, when The Who started to play songs like won't get fooled again and Baba O'riely that Keith started to keep time.

I got to see The Who on September 29 2006 the biggest difference was not having Keith do Won't Get Fooled Again. The drummer that The Who were using was Zak "Ringo's son" Starkey.

Zak IS the closest to Keith that The Who can get. After all Zak did learn to play from Keith. I REALLY missed Keith singin' Barbara Ann which was so good that I don’t ever want to see my fans to get disappointed because I couldn't sing their favorite song because I died from drugs.

Top 10 songs that Keith played or sang on:

Won't get fooled again from The Kids Are Alright

Barbara Ann from The Kids Are Alright

Join Together from Meaty Beaty Big and Bouncy

Who Are You from The Kids Are Alright

My Generation from Monterey Pop (also on The Kids Are Alright)

Any of his solo albums is pretty good too, also quite funny

Can't Explain from The Kids Are Alright

I Can See for Miles from The Who Sell Out
